ITINERARY FOR THE AFTER THE TOUR OPTION 
CHRISTIAN & MOSLEM ENCOUNTER TOUR


Those of you who can spare few more days in Turkey, will have an extension to your memorable journey In the Foot Steps of St. Paul and visit some of the cities of the 7 Churches of Revelation. You will have a stupendous experience staying over night at a small hotel in the mountains where Zues and Hera got married. We will get a chance to see where the Eucemenic Council met in Nycea. You will feel the breeze coming from Dardanelles as you are climbing the ancient steps of Troy...

If you like to take the tour extension, the dates and the itinerary is given below.
 

Day 1: April 26, 2008 Saturday PERGAMUM OVERNIGHT AT AYVALIK
Leave Selcuk after breakfast. Drive via ancient Smyrna to Pergamum. visit the Acropolis and the Ancient hospital
overnight in Ayvalik.Today we will visit two of the 7 Churches of Revelation. Once you see where these cities are located and learn about the history of their social and economic life, the words chosen for the letters sent unto these churches will make more meaningful.
Ayvalk is a small fisherman's village with an excellent view of the Aegean. tonight we will have a feast of Aegean cuisine.
Breakfast is included in the main tour any way ,Lunch,Dinner

DAY 2: April 27, 2008 Sunday ASSOS OVERNIGHT AT MANICI KASRI, YESILYURT
We will have free time until 10:00 AM this morning. For those who love to walk by the water, it will be an ideal time to enjoy the vew in this setting which will be awakening to spring at this time.
After a pleasant 2 hour bus ride , we will arrive at the ancient site of Assos where St Paul had preached. We will have lunch by the water. After we visit the Temple of Athena which is located at the top of a hill dominating all directions ; the sea, and the mountains.
Overnight at Manici Kasri. A 10 - room boutique hotel located in the mountains where Zeus and Hera  got married.
Lunch to day is not included in the price because Assos is very small and you  all might want to experience having lunch at one other beautiful corner of this  wonderful town.

DAY 3:
April 28, 2008 Monday BURSA
Visit  the
 legendary city of Troy
Drive to Bursa through the rice fields of Turkey. Overnight in Bursa

DAY 4: April 29, 2008 Tuesday ISTANBUL
Visit Bursa, Iznik ( Ancient Nycea ) and visit doll makers at Azize Hanim's work shop in a beautiful English Garden by the lake. The village women are making these dolls and I am sure you would all love the project named Antolian Project.Ferry to Istanbul. Overnight at Hotel Ayasofya

Day 5: April 30, 2008 Wednesday
The tour will be over this  morning after breakfast. Transfer to the Airport.
