Our family invites our clients to our farm after the tour of Ephesus. We hope that this opportunity will not only give them the taste of homemade Turkish food but also give them a chance meet a Turkish family. We hope that any personal experience that one can have through interacting with the locals while travelling would leave long lasting memories.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU LOOSE YOUR PASSPORT?
Please take a photocopy of your passport with you and keep it is a different place than where yo keep your passport.
Having a record of passport makes it easier to get new passport. ( this does not happen often but it is nice to be prepared

WHAT TO WEAR  ( Mousque info is for Istanbul Please ignore it if you are only doing Ephesus Excursion)
 A scarf for mosque visits will be handy,also since we take our shoes when we enter the mosques and people's homes and easy slip on and off type of a shoe will be more comfortable. The women will need to wear a long skirt or long pants in the mosque .Through out the tour shorts & tangtops  are O.K.

MEALS
Turkish food has enough variety to meet every one's need. Vegetarian menus are available. If special diet food is required we can arrange for that easily.

PERSONAL CHECKS
If you want to make a purchase over $100 you can pay with your traveler's
checks . But cashing traveler's checks in a bank is expensive and not always
easy. Do not rely on traveler's checks for cash.
ATMs are available. US$ currency can be used through out the country. If you
need to change US$ to Turkish Lira, .you can do it at the airport very
easily. The rates almost all the same. Personal Checks are honored if you
should do a big purchase and are treated like cash.

CREDIT CARDS
Yes you can use your credit card in many places in Turkey but please remind
your bank or credit card organization that you are going to be in Turkey for
a while. Because for some reason the banks or credit card companies block
the card when they see purchase is made in Turkey

CANCELLATION POLICY & PAYMENT SCHEDULE

®Cancellation Policy for Daily Cruise Excursions, Pre and Post Private Tours

Cancellations made beyond 90 days will qualify for a full refund less a $25 deposit fee plus credit card charges if applicable.  Thereafter, per person cancellation fees are: Any cancellation made between 90 days to 60 days prior to trip will qualify for a  80% refund. Any cancellation made between 59 days to 31 days prior to trip will qualify for a 70% refund. Any cancellation made between 30 days  to 15 days prior to trip will qualify for a 60% refund. Any cancellation made between 15  days to 1 days prior to trip  No refund will be issued .

• If the cruise Ship cancels or does not stop at the port for any reason then you will qualify for a full refund including deposit!
• If the cruise line changes the date of the ships  arrival your tour will be automatically change according to your arrival date.
• Air packages and air tickets are subject to cancellation policies imposed by the airlines.
• Hotels are subject to cancellation policies imposed by the hotels.
